Six ways to put a stay together

These are accommodation packages: a room, plus the things people usually add anyway, priced together so you are not doing arithmetic at the desk. Everything is booked and paid for through the hotel in New Zealand dollars, and everything happens on site.

Packages are subject to availability and cannot be combined with each other or with negotiated corporate rates. Where a package includes gaming lounge access or credit, it is available only to guests aged 20 and over, on presentation of photo ID, and it cannot be exchanged for cash. The fine print

Package terms in brief

  • All rates are in New Zealand dollars, per package as described, and include GST.
  • Packages are subject to availability and must be booked directly with the hotel. They cannot be combined with each other or with negotiated corporate rates.
  • Where a package includes gaming lounge access or complimentary gaming credit, it applies only to guests aged 20 and over, is redeemed in person at the cage on presentation of photo ID, is valid during the stay only, and has no cash value. It cannot be transferred, refunded or paid out as cash.
  • Gaming credit is a hospitality inclusion, not an inducement to gamble. Guests may decline it, and the price of the package does not change if they do — tell us at check-in and we will substitute a dining credit of the same value.
  • Free cancellation applies until 48 hours before arrival unless a package states otherwise. Inside 48 hours, one night is charged.
  • Minimum stays apply over New Year, Easter and the Queenstown Winter Festival.
  • Spa treatments and transfers must be reserved at the time of booking and are subject to availability on the day.
