A made bed and morning light in a Greenwynd room

Rooms & Suites

116 rooms across six categories on five floors. Most face north-west over Lake Wakatipu; the rest look up into the beech forest behind Fernhill.

Our philosophy

Quiet rooms, good beds, and a window worth opening

We resisted the temptation to fill these rooms with things. What you get instead is a proper mattress, blackout curtains that actually black out, double glazing that holds the road noise at bay, and underfloor heating that runs all winter.

Every room includes breakfast at Silverbeech, fibre Wi-Fi, a Central Otago minibar, robes and slippers, and use of the pool, steam room and gym at Tussock Spa. Rates below are per room per night, include GST, and are the lowest we publish — booking direct is always at least as cheap as anywhere else.
